Consultancy Development sessions
We organise one full day session followed by a max. 2 hour feedback meeting one week later.
During that day our consultant will step into the team's working environment and (s)he will challenge the team to identify the most important issues that hinder or disrupt development. This brainstorming will be conducted in a way that is similar to scrum. So at the same time this way of working is introduced to the team as well.
By the end of the day a roadmap will be created to make improvements. A week or so later we evaluate this roadmap during a short 2 hour meeting.
This cycle can be repeated until the team has found an efficient way to (re)organise itself to the needs of the problem(s) they are solving.

"Ok.", you may ask, "What's so special about that. I can organise such a session myself as well. What does AEGISoft bring me extra ? "
Often it takes an 'outsider' to see things that the team grew gradually accustomed to. (aka. the boiling frog syndrome). Plus we have studied several possible solutions and experienced their pitfalls already. By using our expertice you can avoid these pitfalls, and apply and customize the correct solution to your problem.
This is not an exact science though. Which is why we take an iterative and hands-on approach.
